Here's what to expect when you team up with
Once you’ve checked out the site and determined we’d make a good fit for your project, please contact us! Send a message through our site or shoot us an email with as many details about your project as you can supply. We’ll get back to you with a few questions so we can put together some numbers.
Once we have a full understanding of the scope of your project, we will put together a detailed quote that will include a break down of project details, project hours, prices, and delivery dates. It is normal and beneficial for project quotes and details to go through a few revisions here to come up with a perfect game plan. When it’s all sorted, you’ll be required to make payment to get started into the design process. Payment plan is available.
This is where the real magic happens! You and your designer will set up an initial design and strategy meeting where you will brainstorm and solidify your project. Your designer will walk you through questions or excercises to pinpoint your audience, message, and the best ways to achieve your objectives in a creative way. After these meetings there is a huge sense of teamwork, comraderie, and wild enthusiasm to get ROLLING!!!
Your designer will begin laying out your project according to the timeline and strategy laid out in the proposal. Your designer will begin to deliver design proofs, which you will look over and suggest any edits that need to be made. We will continue this process until you sign off on a final proof. During this stage, designer and client keep good communication and have frequent design meetings if necessary.
Once you give the final OK on design, we will complete your design either preparing your project for physical print or digital delivery according to the project proposal. Final payments must be made before we will place physical print orders or deliver digital assets.

Shout Out Branding is owned and operated by graphic designer duo Tara True & Phillip Ethington. Tara has been designing since 2006 and has a range of creative experience including app design, website design, product and packaging, mural design, and trade show design. She is the owner of wedding design boutique, Sweetheart Shout Out and also serves as VP of Marketing and Design for the Military Basketball Association.
Phillip is poetic capitalist who loves building beautiful, and useful business systems. He's founded several successfully innovative businesses over the past 20 years, and loves creating value for the customer, employees, and stakeholders. He's an entrepreneur, designer, software developer, real estate consultant, FX investor, and life-long learner.
